We should talk.

Have you seen Natasha? Or my sister? I have been through this whole thing, but I did not see either of them in here.

Haven't been looking. I don't know if the version of your sister you're used to is here, but I know of another one. It's kind of complicated.

[ Before Wanda showed up on Orsus a few days ago, Natasha and Pietro were sort of all each other had. He'd made a couple of friends, as had Natasha, but Pietro's trust only ran so far. Natasha's even less so. Largely, they stuck together and went it alone. ] Oh...yes, well, it was unpleasant. Arva healed me for her project. I am fine now.

[ That's a weird sentence, but he lets it go. Steve knows better than anyone that being in another world can sometimes change dynamics and relationships. Log cabins probably gets old after a while. I'm sure she'll turn up. If I learned anything about you two it's rare that you're far from each other if you can help it.

I think you should talk to the other Wanda. She's in the same spot as you, Pietro. Only she doesn't have you and she hasn't had you for a long time. It might help. Both of you if you talk.

Perhaps. And yet I will not fill a proper void for her as I am not her brother, just as she will not fill a proper void for me, because she is not my sister. Not really. We will be poor imitations for one another. I cannot imagine that to be any more or less healthy than acknowledging the truth: we are not siblings.

That's not what I meant, Pietro. I don't think you two should play along. I just think you two should talk. She's in the same position as you. Missing her other half. It hurts. Talking about it with someone who really does get it can't hurt.
